Candidates must show outstanding character, honesty, integrity, kindness, and be an overall good human being.
Candidates must be 20 years of age or younger (at time of submission.)
Candidates must be financially constrained and seeking assistance (tournament fees, equipment fees, etc.)
Candidates must currently reside in Arizona.
